Course Content & Path

Before the Course:

Preparation of BELBIN Individual Report for each participant, and a BELBIN Team Report for the Team. 

One Full Day: Instructor Led Class Room - Face to Face:

• The nine BELBIN Team Roles – The lingo, framework & methodology
• Internalizing one’s own Belbin Individual Report and understanding the BELBIN Team Report
• Discovering opportunities in enhancing personal and interpersonal effectiveness
• Identifying which behavioral contributions are missing, which are in excess, and how to be a 'balanced team' as appropriate to the teams purpose.  
• Case Studies, Discussions, Games that help internalise the need and way to better collaboration and Teamwork. 
• FAQs
• 60 - 90 Day Development Plan - a Team Project - to practice the new learning

Day 30: Review - Online - Personal Effectiveness

One hour  Online collective review of  Team Project.  Focus progress in  Individual - Personal - Effectiveness.

Day 60 - 90: Review - Online - Interpersonal Effectiveness:  Wrap up, Takeaways, FAQs, Further learning

• One hour - Online collective review of Team Project.  Focus progress in Interpersonal Effectiveness - Collaboration, Teamwork.
• FAQs basis Team experience in behaviour change.
• Insights and Resources for further learning
